Annual Meetings

The Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting is held at the North Recreation Area Clubhouse at 7:00 PM on the third Monday of February. Members of the SMVE HOA or their designated representative usually attend. Occasionally exceptions are made for prospective homeowners (e.g. homes in closing or from those persons considering buying) by the President of the SMVE HOA. Requests must be made in advance of the meeting by email or phone so the Board can accommodate all who wish to attend.

An announcement of the annual meeting is mailed to homeowners a month before the meeting and includes an agenda, resumes of candidates for the Board of Directors, an absentee ballot, financial report and budget of the association, and other pertinent information.
