- Some homeowners have expressed concern about the roughness of the surface of the north spa. The spa was resurfaced last year with pebbletec. This is a rougher surface and was selected because it helps minimize slipping. It does have a rougher feel than the prior surface.
- Treasurer Tammy Eversole reported budget is currently under running by about 8%. This under-run is expected to lessen as we approach year end and seasonal expenses are incurred.
- Teresa Scharf is stepping down as Hospitality Committee Chair and Jane Spalding will be assuming that position. Thanks Teresa for all the work you did and thanks Jane for stepping in!
- The new cleaning company is in place and seems to be doing a good job. If you see a problem, please let Phil Mowbray know.
- Road paving and seal coating have been completed except for a few punch list items.
- Nominating committee of Kathy Mitton and Larry Spenser will be seeking candidates for board positions for 2018. If you have any interest, please contact Kathy or Larry.
