In the past, the Board has approved the minutes of the Annual Membership Meeting about one month after the meeting.  Recommended practice, however, is that minutes of the annual membership meeting should be submitted to the membership for membership approval. We begin that practice this year.

A month after each Annual Membership Meeting, the Board will prepare minutes of the meeting and post it on the SMVE website as the minutes to be submitted to the membership at the next Annual Meeting. This year, we ask that you approve the 2015 Annual Meeting minutes that have been on the website since March 2015.

The minutes of the 2015 Annual Meeting have been mailed to you as “Exhibit B” and are also available on the website for your immediate reading on the Annual Meetings page, or just click here.
