Announcing SNAP’s 8th Annual Home~Garden & Treasures Tour on Sunday, April 3rd from 1-4 P.M. Refreshments and a Silent Auction follow in the Sunrise Mountain Ridge (SMR) Clubhouse at 4 P.M. Invite friends and family members to see eight beautiful homes and gorgeous gardens in the Fairfield area and to “steal” ideas for remodeling projects—both inside and out. Please make a $10. ticket donation and pick up a tour map at the Sunrise Mountain View Estates clubhouse (5550 N. Paseo Otono) or the SMR clubhouse (6940 E. Loma del Bribon) at 1 P.M. on Tour Day. Caregiver Support Group
The Caregiver Support Group and their loved ones with dementia meet at Brookdale of Ventana Canyon for education, support and social respite on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month from 2-3:30 P.M. This is an ongoing community program sponsored by SNAP and Brookdale Senior Living. FINAL 2015-16 Senior Living Education Programs
The last two programs in this Series will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Foothills (5102 N. Craycroft @ Territiory) from 2 – 3:30 PM on Monday, April 4th and Monday, May 2nd . Presentations about “Community Resources for Seniors” will be made on April 4th by representatives from AARP, Pima Council on Aging and TMC Senior Services. On May 2nd, the topic of “Necessary Conversations” (about Hospice Care, Funeral Home Services and Obituaries) will be presented.
