Did you know we spend $1300 a year for phones at each pool? The phones are intended for emergency calls but as far as we know, they have rarely been used in recent years and many homeowners don’t even know they exist! (They are in the brown box next to the door at the clubhouse and near the utility door at the South Pool. The boxes open with your pool gate key.)
We’re thinking about removing both pool phones to save about $1,300 per year. Since we believe the phones are almost never used and most people now have cell phones, this seems like a viable option.
