Permit me to extend my thanks to our residents and board members for their cooperation and support. Residents have done an excellent job of avoiding overnight parking on the streets. This makes it much easier for emergency vehicles especially, as well as others, to traverse our narrow streets at night.

We are fortunate to live in an area in which we can feel secure. Observing and reporting activity that is out of the ordinary can maintain that condition. Reporting directly to the Sheriffs Department by calling 911 should be done immediately. Deputies who patrol our area want to be informed and welcome our calls. The Sheriffs Department also recommends locking our vehicles, parking them in our garages and keeping the garage doors closed. By keeping garage doors closed, we keep prying eyes from seeing items that could be stolen.

An additional component to our security needs is furnished by the patrols conducted by Central Alarm. They conduct both patrols of our streets as well as the common areas including both pools.

Be sure to keep outside nightlights on. By illuminating outside areas at night, we not only protect our own property but also those of our neighbors.
