Road Paving POSTPONED until September

2017 Road Paving Project
POSTPONED TO SEPTEMBER

 

The pulverizing and paving project for Paseo Otoño and Via Sempreverde planned for the next two weeks, July 17 – July 28, is being postponed probably until September.

We received notice from our contractor today that this year’s monsoon season would risk damage to the road if the predicted rains occur between pulverizing and paving.

We are sorry for the schedule change and short notice, but we just received notice of the change this morning. We want to thank you for your cooperation and we apologize for the inconvenience that this may create. Since the roads are so important to all homeowners we want to work closely with the contractor for the most successful result.

We will contact all homeowners again when we have a new date for the project.

On Monday, that lowered manhole covers etc. will be restored to make Paseo Otoño and Via Sempreverde easier to drive on.
