Effective upon the date of posted notices on the two SMVE HOA pools, any homeowner who either takes pets or permits pets into a pool area will be liable for a fine of $500 for violating this rule plus any required repair or cleanup costs. If the pets are taken or permitted into the pool area by any homeowner’s guests or tenants, that homeowner shall be responsible for the fine of $500 for violating this rule plus any required cleanup costs. As a reminder, this rule is to be prominently displayed at the entrance to both pools.
