Fred Wackerle is an accomplished artist* and SMVE homeowner. He invites artists and non-artists to join him to learn the basics of painting landscapes in oil.
He will cover:
- how to look at a painting
- how to copy from photographs or sketches
- how to start a painting
- how to use values – darkest dark to lightest light
- how to mix and add colors
- how to use the color wheel
- the different materials that can be used
If you are an artist – or aspire to be one – Fred invites you to bring your own art for a critique after his presentation.
