FAQ / CC&R: What are the Updates to the CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations of the Homeowner’s Association?

Policies to clarify the application of the CC&R’s and other rules and regulations are implemented by the SMVE Board of Directors as needed. Periodically, the Board issues a document that includes policies implemented over some years. The most recent is Policies and Regulations 2004-2014.
