Some homeowners make architectural changes by themselves. Others hire a contractor to make the changes for them. Regardless of whether the changes are made by the homeowner or by a contractor, the architectural processes listed below are designed to avoid unnecessary adverse impacts on immediate neighbors and other homeowners throughout SMVE.
NOTE: Every SMVE Request to Make Exterior Architectural Changes must be accompanied by a completed copy of the SMVE Architectural Process Checklist displayed below.
