Please join me in welcoming Kip Longan back to the SMVE HOA Board, replacing Joe Cybulsky. Kip has an extensive background of over 45 years in real estate. He was the top selling residential agent in the greater Kansas City, MO, area and managed the residential divisions of the three top firms in Kansas City. He retired to Tucson in 1994 and went to work for Long Realty, managed all of their offices at different times and ended up as President. He joined the SMVE HOA Board of Directors in 2005 and served for 8 years. After retiring from Long Realty in 2014, he volunteered again to serve our Community and was appointed to the SMVE HOA Board.
Additionally, Kip has volunteered to chair the Recreation Committee, previously chaired by Joe Cybulsky.
As Joe Cybulsky’s term on the Board would have expired early in 2016, Kip will appear on the ballot in February to run for a three-year term.
