Homeowners have received, or will shortly receive, the mailing for the SMVE Annual Meeting in February.  However, due to a production error, four critical pages are missing–cover letter, agenda, statements of candidates for director, and the absentee ballot.

The mailing you received contains proposed Restated and Amended By-Laws, minutes of the 2015 Annual Meeting, a description of the ballot measures and the 2015 SMVE financial statements and 2016 SMVE budget.  The ballot measures ask for member approval of the Restated and Amended By-Laws and the minutes of the 2015 annual meeting.  The missing pages were intended to set these attachments in perspective.

We will be mailing these missing pages to you ASAP.  Meanwhile, you can read the missing pages here.  Please wait to receive the USPS mail for the absentee ballot you can use to vote; the one in this file is marked as a sample ballot and cannot be used for voting.
