- Repair of eight sidewalk segments was completed.
- Pavement Evaluation Report by WLB Group has been received. The Roads committee will present specific action recommendations to the Board at the next meeting.
- Potholes near Paseo Otoño and Via Sempreverde were repaired and should last until major road work can begin.
- Gravel will be refreshed and vegetation trimmed at both mailboxes and two small common area segments on N Via Velazquez in the next few months. These small projects will complete all landscaping for mailboxes.
- Treasurer Larry Spencer reported operating expenses are currently running under budget. The new automated bill paying system is working very well and reducing effort while improving record keeping.
- The charter for the Finance Committee was updated to describe activities of the committee in more detail.
- The HOA transfer fee is being increased from $210 to $250 effective October 1, 2016.
