Major Projects – North Entrance

Our 1st Photo Report of a completed major project within the SMVE Community involves the North Entrance to the SMVE HOA (Sunrise Drive/Otoño). Represented here are “before” and “after” photos of this major renovation project and an example of your HOA Dues at work. The Landscape/Maintenance Team (both unpaid homeowner volunteers and selected vendors) began meeting to design, plan, coordinate, and implement this complex project for our Community in early December of 2013. All the moving parts were completed in March of 2014. The photos presented here represent the end result and an immense amount of organization, supervision, and monitoring by our Team to obtain such an excellent result. Thank you to all our “helpers” but especially the Landscape and Maintenance Chairs and Team members for their diligent and extraordinary contribution of their life’s time and skill sets for all of the Association Members.
