Ace Asphalt will be filling and sealing cracks in all SMVE HOA roads and parking areas this coming weekend – December 17 and 18, 2016.
The contractor will have a flagger to direct traffic around the area being worked on. The contractor expects the roadway to be driveable five minutes after a crack is sealed.
Please park your vehicles in your driveway and ask any visitors or contractors to do likewise so the cracks can be filled. The contractor cannot seal cracks under parked cars! Every crack is a place for water to get under the asphalt and degrade the roads. Please help us preserve the roads for as long as possible by allowing us to seal the cracks.
On Sunday, if you must park in the street, please choose a spot that has already been sealed (you’ll see fresh filler on the cracks that have been sealed).
If Ace reschedules the work because of weather, we will post a new announcement on the website and at the mailboxes.
