SMVE’s overarching architectural style is Spanish Colonial Revival style, using slump block, stucco, iron, and wood materials. Architectural Design Notes provide SMVE Board-of-Directors-approved guidance to help the Architecture Committee evaluate requests for exterior architectural changes.
