The Architecture Committee is responsible for ensuring that any architectural changes maintain the look and feel of the community. The overarching architectural style is Spanish Colonial Revival style using primarily slump block, iron, and wood materials. Architectural Design Notes provide guidance to the Architecture Committee about some specific design issues to be examined when evaluating a homeowner requested architectural change. These guidelines are intended to clarify how CC&R provisions are to be applied.
Every homeowner is urged to contact the Architecture Committee prior to undertaking any landscape or structural change or addition. This will avoid the possibility of having to make possibly costly changes.
